Independent Non-Executive Director

Ms. Xu Yixin (徐一新) (“Ms. Xu”), aged 54, graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law (華東政法大學(xué)) with a bachelor’s degree of law. She has been serving in Jiangxi Yuzhang Law Firm (江西豫章律師事務(wù)所) since January 2001, and is currently a senior partner. She currently serves as the chairman of the Women’s Federation, a member of the 15th CPPCC of Nanchang City (南昌市第十五屆政協(xié)委員), and a deputy of the 14th National People’s Congress of Jiangxi Province; the arbitrator of Nanchang Arbitration Commission (南昌仲裁委員會(huì)) and the director of Criminal Law Professional Committee of Nanchang Law Association (南昌市律協(xié)刑事法律專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)); the vice chairman of Nanchang Lawyers’ Women’s Federation (南昌市律師行業(yè)婦聯(lián)), the expert of the third-party expert pool of Nanchang Municipal Procuratorate (南昌市檢察院第三方專(zhuān)家?guī)?, and the special supervisor of Nanchang Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation (國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局南 昌市稅務(wù)局); the visiting professor and MBA off-campus tutor of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University, the off-campus master tutor of Jiangxi Normal University and the gold medal mediation observer and mediator of JXTV (江西衛(wèi)視). Ms. Xu was appointed as an independent non-executive Director on 24 March 2020.
